Maidenhead , celebrated for its stylish atmosphere, modern approach to tapas, and high-quality Spanish cuisine. Serving up to
450 covers on busy days , the restaurant forms part of a successful and expanding group with
two established sites
and a
third opening next year . We are seeking a skilled
Chef de Partie
with a passion for
Spanish flavours and tapas-style cooking , eager to grow within a dynamic kitchen team. What We're Offering £32,000-£33,000 base salary Up to £40,000 OTE with Tronc Accommodation assistance
available Five straight shifts per week
on a rota basis Development opportunities within a growing restaurant group Your Role Work as a key member of a
brigade of 5-6 chefs Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef across all sections Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation Contribute to menu development and seasonal dish ideas Deliver smooth service in a high-volume environment (up to 450 covers per day) About You Proven experience as a
CDP,
experience in a Spanish or Mediterranean-style kitchen would be an added bonus Strong understanding of tapas, flavour balance, and fresh ingredients Reliable, motivated, and committed to delivering quality Able to work well within a small, close-knit brigade Passionate about developing your skills and advancing your career If you're an ambitious Chef de Partie looking to join a thriving
