With the team growing, it's a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie or a capable chef seeking a better work-life balance while keeping up the momentum. 

We have a Staffing Dining CDP role available as well as a Hospitality CDP position! 

This is a Monday - Friday role (7am-3pm) with no evenings, weekends, or bank holidays, ideal for chefs seeking stability, structure.

What you'll be doing

• Running your own section confidently during busy breakfast and lunch services
• Preparing and delivering high-volume, fresh food to a high standard
• Supporting other sections when required and using initiative during service
• Working as part of a structured chef brigade
• Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene, and time management standards

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
• Confidence working in high-volume or scalable food operations
• Strong food knowledge and the ability to manage your section independently
• Background in corporate dining is ideal, but restaurant chefs are welcome if comfortable with volume
• Suitable for chefs seeking progression or those stepping down for better balance
