We are looking for talented Chef de Partie and Senior Chef de Partie to join this dynamic kitchen. This is an exceptional opportunity to develop your skills in live fire cooking while working with premium ingredients in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
Chef de Partie
Salary: £42,000 per annum
What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant
Passion for seasonal, produce-led cooking
Strong technical skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a busy, high-pressure environment
Team player with excellent communication skills
Interest in Mediterranean cuisine and live fire technique
Senior Chef de Partie
Salary: £46,000 per annum
What we're looking for:
Extensive experience as a Senior CDP or equivalent
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
Expertise in section management and mise en place
Commitment to quality and consistency
Knowledge of seasonal British and Mediterranean ingredients
Experience in fine dining or high-volume quality establishments
