We are recruiting an experienced Chef Manager to lead the food operation at a high-quality corporate dining site in Kensington.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a fresh-food-focused chef looking for a leadership role with a great work-life balance, MondayFriday hours and a supportive contract catering environment.
The Role:
Lead and inspire a small kitchen team

Oversee fresh food preparation and daily service (approx. 200300 covers)

Manage food standards, compliance and kitchen operations

Control food cost, GP and ordering

Build strong client relationships on site

Drive menu innovation and food trends

What Were Looking For:
Proven experience as a Chef Manager or Senior Sous/Head Chef in contract catering or B&I

Passion for fresh, seasonal food

Strong people leadership skills

Commercial awareness and cost control experience

Organised, hands-on and proactive approach

Package:
Salary £38,000

MondayFriday daytime hours

20 days holiday + bank holidays
