Oversee fresh food preparation and daily service (approx. 200300 covers)
Manage food standards, compliance and kitchen operations
Control food cost, GP and ordering
Build strong client relationships on site
Drive menu innovation and food trends
What Were Looking For: Proven experience as a Chef Manager or Senior Sous/Head Chef in contract catering or B&I
Passion for fresh, seasonal food
Strong people leadership skills
Commercial awareness and cost control experience
Organised, hands-on and proactive approach
Package: Salary £38,000
