What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepares exceptional food for Lake House guests, from relaxed breakfasts to elegant private dining.
• Creates and serves beautiful afternoon teas, showcasing craft, finesse, and a sense of occasion.
• Delivers bespoke menus and tailored food experiences for exclusive‐use bookings, ensuring every event feels personal, special and memorable.
• Works closely with the wider Gilpin culinary team to maintain consistency and excellence.
• Champions local, seasonal produce and contributes ideas for new dishes and experiences.
• Maintains impeccable standards of organisation, cleanliness, and food safety.
