one weekend in four About the Role We're looking for a

skilled and motivated Chef

to join our catering team at

Trenchard Line , part of

ESS - Compass Group . You'll be responsible for preparing and serving

fresh, high-quality meals

in a

take-out style service , supporting a close-knit team that delivers excellent food and service standards for around

30-60 Service Personnel per meal .

Numbers can increase during

functions, exercises,

or when more personnel are on site, so flexibility and teamwork are key. Shift Pattern

Early Shift:

06:30 - 14:30

Late Shift:

12:00 - 20:00

Working one weekend in four

Meal Service Times Breakfast:

07:15 - 08:30 Lunch:

12:30 - 13:30 ?

Dinner:

18:00 - 19:30 The Team When fully staffed, our kitchen team includes: ? 2 Chefs ? 1 Head Chef ? 1 Supervisor ??? 2 Front of House staff

You'll be joining a

supportive, hands-on team

that takes pride in delivering great food and service every day. What We're Looking For Previous experience in a catering or chef role - essential Relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) - desirable Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety Excellent teamwork and communication skills Flexible, reliable, and positive attitude What We Offer ? £29,754 - 40 hours per week Free meals while on shift ?
