Day shift 07:00 - 15.00 (hours may vary to business needs)

5 days over 7 including weekends

Calling all chefs, are you a foodie and passionate about working with fresh in seasonal ingredients? We need you!! Do you want to work on a dynamic fast paced contract and reap the benefits of feeding a great workforce? We offer core feeding of NEXT employees across varying shift patterns, breakfast, lunch, coffee shop offers, tea shift and night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Menu Excellence: preparation of seasonal menus, using your craft skills working with fresh ingredients.

• Team Leadership: supervising and motivating the kitchen team and front of house team to ensure a smooth service.

• Safety Champion: ensuring compliance with all food hygiene, allergen and H&S regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven chef de partie experience / experienced commis ready to move up

• Knowledge of various cooking techniques

• Strong understanding of food safety and allergens

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent attention to details and organisational skills

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
