Were a small, friendly, family-run pub in Wandsworth (SW18) looking for a reliable, confident part-time Cook/Chef to run our kitchen solo. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys independence, variety, and a flexible working pattern without the pressure of a full-time position. WHAT YOULL BE COOKING Friday & Saturday evenings Pizzas Sunday Traditional Sunday roasts Wednesday event nights Rotating menu (Wings night, Aussie chicken parma night, and relaxed food evenings) THE ROLE Youll be fully responsible for the kitchen, including: Preparing and cooking all food to a high standard Managing prep, service, and clean-down Maintaining food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness Ensuring dishes are presented well and served promptly This is a solo role, so confidence and organisation are key.
