Job Details Working alongside our experienced kitchen team in a dynamic restaurant environment, you will assist in the preparation and delivery of high-quality Italian/Mediterranean cuisine. You will also be expected to support the team in the absence of the Head Chef, making this an excellent opportunity for chefs who are ready to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will combine strong culinary skills with a sound understanding of contemporary presentation, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to menu development by helping to create and introduce innovative Italian/Mediterranean-inspired dishes that reflect and enhance the restaurants brand. Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in hospitality, particularly in food production
