Chemical Operative in West Yorkshire

I am seeking a reliable and detail-focused Chemical Operative to join the production team at a busy manufacturing site. The role involves carrying out packing operations for chemical products while ensuring high standards of accuracy, safety, quality, and productivity are maintained at all times.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is looking to kick start their career in a chemical company or has experience working in a chemical production environment.
This role is based in West Yorkshire and is a full time, on-site role. The working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out packing operations efficiently
Handle products in line with quality, environmental, and health & safety procedures
Operate production equipment and support minor maintenance and cleaning activities
Maintain accurate production and operational records
Monitor equipment performance and report or address issues promptly
What We're Looking For
BSc Chemistry or A-level Chemistry
Reasonable level of physical fitness
Ability to concentrate during repetitive tasks and respond quickly to issues
Awareness of health and safety requirements when working with chemicals
Must have full right to work in the UK - Sponsorship is not available for this role
Pay & Benefits
Salary: £26,500 - £28,000 per annum
Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (accrued) Pension contribution, Death in Service and Healthcare Scheme
