Matter of Health is a multidisciplinary mental health clinic offering psychiatry, therapy, nutritional therapy, dietetics, and fitness training. We believe in a whole-health approach—treating mental health as part of a broader picture that includes physical health, lifestyle, and social well-being.

Our mission is to provide accessible, evidence-based care that supports our patients at every stage of their journey. We work with adults, adolescents, and children, helping them navigate ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges.

As an Adult Psychiatrist, you’ll play a key role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating adult patients. You’ll work closely with individuals to develop tailored, person-centered treatment plans, and collaborate with our team of psychologists, therapists, nutritionists, and fitness professionals to provide holistic care.

• A qualified psychiatrist with full GMC registration and CCT in General Adult Psychiatry (or equivalent).
• Experience assessing, diagnosing, and treating neurodevelopmental conditions (ADHD, autism), mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, and other common mental health challenges in adults.
• A clinician who values a whole-health approach—considering therapy, lifestyle, and nutrition as part of treatment.
• Someone who is empathetic, patient-centered, and passionate about helping adults improve their mental well-being.
• Comfortable delivering remote consultations via telemedicine.
• A collaborative mindset—keen to work within a multidisciplinary team that includes therapists, nutritionists, and fitness professionals.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support and guide patients through their mental health journey.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
• Experience in private practice and/or NHS settings—both welcome.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset—someone who thrives in a growing, innovative mental health practice.
• Experience with clinical auditing, including reviewing outcomes and service delivery to ensure high-quality care.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and enhancing patient outcomes.
