The Role From a recruitment perspective, this role offers a varied and rewarding caseload, with responsibilities including:

Managing a caseload of public law childcare matters, including care proceedings, supervision orders, and emergency protection applications Acting for parents, guardians, and children in complex and sensitive cases Preparing cases for court, attending hearings, and conducting advocacy where appropriate Working closely with local authorities, counsel, and other professionals Ensuring compliance with Legal Aid Agency requirements and maintaining accurate file management Providing a high standard of client care in often challenging circumstances
