Healthcare Support Worker

to provide

one-to-one care

for a child with complex health needs in their family home in Dover, Kent. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a child's life by delivering exceptional care and supporting their daily routine.

Night shifts -

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10pm-7am Clinical Responsibilities

You will receive full training and support to manage the child's complex care needs, including:

Seizure monitoring and recognising early signs Administration of paraldehyde during seizure episodes Gastrostomy (G-tube) feeding and medication administration Nebuliser treatments as required Oral suctioning to maintain a clear airway Supporting communication for a non-verbal child Assisting with mobility and safe manual handling using a ceiling hoist Providing comfort, positioning, stimulation, and age-appropriate interaction Apply Today
