The home is therapeutically informed, which means that PACE and practical relational approaches are already embedded across the home.
Why this role is available The current Registered Manager is progressing into a senior role and will be leaving in approximately six weeks. A full handover is available, and if your notice period is longer, the organisation can bridge to ensure a smooth transition.
The ideal person Level 5 Leadership & Management (Children & Young People) preferred. Also open to candidates working towards Level 5 Ideally previous Registered Manager experience however would consider high-performing Deputy Managers ready for their first step into registration
Further information Hours: MondayFriday, broadly 95 On-call: approx. once every 6 weeks (with backup support provided)
