About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Childrens Home Registered Manager to lead and inspire a residential team delivering high-quality, therapeutic care. This is an opportunity to manage your own home, build a strong staff team, and ensure children and young people receive safe, nurturing, and consistent support.
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, maintaining compliance with regulations, achieving positive outcomes for young people, and driving a culture focused on quality, stability, and continuous improvement.

Salary: £54,600
£59,500 per annum
Up to £18,000 in annual bonuses (paid quarterly)
£5,000 relocation package available
224 hours annual leave, increasing to 248 hours after 4 years

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the daily operations of a childrens residential home
Ensure compliance with Childrens Homes Regulations and Ofsted standards
Recruit, supervise, and develop a skilled staff team
Promote a safe, therapeutic, and child-centred environment
Maintain high standards of safeguarding and care delivery
Manage performance, occupancy, and service outcomes
Build strong relationships with professionals and stakeholders
Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience within residential childcare
At least 2 years experience supervising and managing staff
NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
Proven record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
