Monday to Friday, 9am5pm (with occasional weekend on-call) Salary & Rewards £55,000 £63,000 per year (depending on experience, qualifications, previous registration history, and home size) Additional earning potential: Up to £3,000 annual Ofsted performance bonus Up to £3,000 sign-on bonus within the first 6 months Total first-year earning potential: up to £66,000 Ongoing earning potential: up to £63,000 per year Benefits Package Company vehicle provided for work use Casual dress code Blue Light Card eligibility Employee wellbeing programme (salary sacrifice scheme), including retail discounts, GP access, and counselling support Quarterly staff welfare raffle (prizes such as holidays, spa breaks, and cinema vouchers) Support towards Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification Structured rota and supportive leadership environment Values-led culture where leadership and impact truly matter Your Role As Registered Manager, you will: Lead the day-to-day running of the childrens home Create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for children and young people Lead, motivate, and develop the residential care team Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding requirements, and internal policies Oversee quality of care, performance, staffing, and service development Build strong relationships with children, families, social workers, and external professionals Drive xehkeey continuous improvement and support the home towards Outstanding inspection outcomes What Were Looking For : Minimum 3 years experience in a senior role within childrens EBD residential care Previous leadership or management experience in a childrens home Strong knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted regulations Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Willingness to work towards or hold Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification Full UK driving licence
