Registered Manager Brand New Childrens Residential Home (EBD) Location: Oldbury Salary: £50,000 £65,000 per annum + bonus incentives Contract: Full-time, Permanent Were supporting a new and ambitious childrens residential care provider with the appointment of an experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new 3-bed EBD home in Oldbury. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a service from day one leading the Ofsted registration, recruiting your own team, and embedding a strong, child-centred culture built around high-quality care and positive outcomes. Youll be supported by an experienced Responsible Individual, but trusted with real autonomy to shape the home and put your own stamp on its development.
