About the Role We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a childrens residential home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). This is a senior leadership role focused on creating a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where young people can heal, develop, and achieve positive outcomes.
You will oversee the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and full compliance with Ofsted regulations, while leading and supporting a dedicated staff team.

Key Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of the childrens home
Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards
Manage and develop a high-performing staff team
Promote a trauma-informed, child-centred care environment
Oversee care planning, quality assurance, and outcomes for young people
Build strong relationships with professionals, families, and stakeholders
Drive service improvement and maintain high standards of care
Requirements Minimum 2 years recent experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager in childrens residential care
NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
Strong understanding of EBD and relevant childcare legislation
Proven leadership and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence
