What You'll Bring

  • Minimum age 21 and right to work in the UK
  • Full clean driving licence plus business insurance
  • 5+ years' experience supporting children in a senior role
  • NVQ Level 3 / QCF Level 4 (Health/Social Care, Youth Work or Education)
  • Level 5 Leadership Diploma (or working toward it)

Desirable

  • Enhanced portable DBS
  • Experience managing a residential care setting
  • Confident, values-led leadership
