Hours Full time Monday to Friday with flexibility to meet service needs

Essential Requirements Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy ready to step up Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and quality standards Track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes Confident leadership and staff development capability Full UK driving licence
The Role Full operational and regulatory responsibility for the children’s home Lead, manage and develop a stable and high performing staff team Ensure safeguarding, care planning and outcomes are consistently met Maintain full compliance with Ofsted, policies and legislation Drive continuous improvement and embed a strong, child centred culture Manage budgets, occupancy and external stakeholder relationships
