Permanent Full-time, 40 hours per week (plus on-call) Bonus scheme and paid sleep-ins Key Responsibilities Lead from the front. Build a stable team culture aligned to the homes Statement of Purpose. Drive care planning and outcomes. Maintain a strong, trauma-informed approach. Register with Ofsted and keep the home inspection-ready against Quality Standards and Childrens Homes (England) Regulations 2015. Recruit, onboard, supervise, and retain staff. Set expectations and support performance. Manage rotas, budgets, and H&S. Maintain a safe, clean, homely environment. Participate in the on-call rota and provide cover when required. What Were Looking For Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young Peoples Services
(or equivalent) . If not completed, willingness to achieve within an agreed timeframe. Proven senior experience in a childrens home setting (Deputy Manager or Registered Manager level). Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Children Act 1989, Quality Standards, and Ofsted requirements. Calm, consistent leadership style with the ability to hold standards and develop people.
