Registered Manager (Deputy Manager- Progression Ready) – Children’s Residential Care Home
Location: Nelson, Lancashire
Salary: £54,000-£55,000
Start Date: May 2026

The Role:
* Lead and register a brand-new dual residential provision
* Shape the culture, systems and standards from day one
* Build and develop a strong, values-led staff team
* Drive compliance, quality and positive Ofsted outcomes
* Create a safe, nurturing and high-achieving environment for young people
* Continuously reviewing and improving the quality of care within the home
About you:
* Experienced Deputy Manager ready for progression
* Proven experience leading a team within a residential care setting
* A natural leader who is approachable, supportive and resilient
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children’s home compliance
* Level 5 in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People), or working towards
* Ambitious, forward-thinking and committed to high standards
