Shift Pattern: 1 on 2 off (including sleep in) Pay: £, 24,835 - £28,750 DOE (Plus £6,000 - £7,500 in sleep in bonus') Position Overview: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Childcare Workers to join our team. As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will be responsible for supporting a young person with EBD in our Children's Residential Home. Your role will involve providing emotional support, guidance, and a stable environment, enabling the young person to thrive and overcome challenges.
