Personpower is proud to be working with a well-established and highly regarded Children's Residential provider based in Colchester for young people aged between 8 - 17 with emotional and behavioural needs.
The Role
As a Residential Support Worker (Night Wake), you will support the home in the night-to-night running of the home, on a 4 night and 4 night off basis. You will lead by example, ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Support young people with their daily routines, and household tasks
Provide emotional support and act as a positive role model
Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning
Work collaboratively with colleagues and professionals
Ensure safeguarding and childrens welfare remain at the heart of everything you do
