We're looking for an enthusiastic and professional waiting staff to join our Chop Chop team. You'll deliver exceptional service, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and provide attentive, friendly service.
Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
Upsell menu items and promotions where appropriate.
Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant role is preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and professional appearance.
Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
You must be over 18 years old.
