The Role Reporting to senior management, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of infrastructure schemes including highways, drainage and sustainable drainage systems.

You will contribute across the full project lifecycle from concept through to construction collaborating with clients, local authorities and design teams.

Key Responsibilities Produce infrastructure designs using AutoCAD 2D/3D and Site 3D (or similar software) Prepare drainage strategies, SuDS designs and flood risk assessments Support Section agreements (S104, S106, S278) Design highways and prepare submissions for adoption Liaise with clients, authorities and multidisciplinary teams Manage project programmes and technical delivery Mentor junior staff and technicians Candidate Profile Experience in infrastructure design within residential and/or commercial development Proficiency in AutoCAD and Site 3D (or equivalent) xehkeey Experience delivering projects from planning to construction Strong organisational and time management skills Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work Comfortable taking ownership of projects Whats on Offer Competitive salary (DOE) Company pension scheme Health and life insurance Flexible working options Supportive team culture Modern office in a central, well-connected location Genuine career progression opportunities
