Overview Civil Litigation Lawyer NQ - 5 – Dorset An excellent opportunity for a Civil Litigation Lawyer to join a well-established multi-office practice with an outstanding reputation in the Somerset and Dorset market. Responsibilities

Handle a diverse range of Civil Litigation matters with a strong focus on Personal Injury cases. Be supported by experienced Solicitors but capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Demonstrate a commitment to high standards of client service, and meet billing and time recording targets. Familiarity with Debt Recovery and Contentious Probate would be a significant advantage. Contribute as part of a busy team and align with firm expectations around career progression and development. Openness to working from any Dorset office, as the firm has multiple locations.

Qualifications

Solid experience in managing Personal Injury claims with a broader understanding of other civil litigation. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Commitment to high standards of client service and professional integrity. Familiarity with Debt Recovery and Contentious Probate would be advantageous. Open to candidates from NQ to more experienced PQE, with consideration for those seeking long-term career progression.
