HGV Class 1 Drivers
for a well established distribution operation based in Rochdale. This role follows a
clear staged temp to perm structure . Drivers will begin with a
short assessment period of approximately two weeks . During this stage, drivers are paid at F2 Recruitment ad hoc rates. Once both the driver and the client agree to proceed, the role will move into the
start of a 12 week temp to perm period . At this point, the
hourly rate will change to reflect the permanent salary on offer , while the driver
remains employed and paid by F2 Recruitment . Pay Structure Assessment period
£16.00 per hour £24.00 per hour after 8 hours 12 week temp to perm period Hourly rate adjusted to reflect the permanent salary of £39,378 per annum based on an average 52.5 hour week After successful completion of the 12 weeks, drivers will transfer onto the clients
