Class 1 Day Driver

F2 Recruitment, acting as an employment business, are recruiting a HGV Class 1 Driver for a well established distribution operation based in Rochdale. You will also gain your ADR (Hazardous Goods) Certificate after 6 months. This role follows a clear staged temp to perm structure . Drivers will begin with a short assessment period of approximately two weeks . Once both the driver and the client agree to proceed, the role will move into the start of a 12 week temp to perm period . Pay Structure (whilst on the Temp to Perm)

£16.00 per hour £24.00 per hour after 8 hours After successful completion of the 12 weeks, drivers will transfer onto the clients permanent salaried contract . Permanent Package (After completion of 12 successful weeks)

£39,378 per annum Paid monthly on the 25th Bonus scheme up to £3,000 per annum paid on top of salary Role Overview

Class 1 work Multi drop deliveries and collections Palletised goods Box and curtain sided trailers Occasional 18T work Most of the work is FLT'd off at the delivery point, with some curb-side deliveries using the tail-lift and pump truck Modern vehicles Working out of the Rochdale depot Shifts

5 days per week Start times between 06:00am and 08:00am Average 52.5 hours per week Monday To Friday Requirements

Valid Class 1 licence Driver CPC Digital tachograph card No more than 6 minor endorsements for insurance purposes There are no age restrictions with this position ADR desirable but not essential Employee Benefits
