Class 1 HGV Driver

Pay:

  • Day Shift, Monday to Friday = £17.50 per hour (Overtime available)

Immediate starts available with ongoing work.

Shift pattern:

  • Monday to Friday (Weekends available)
  • Varied start times from 6 am
  • 10 12 hour shifts

Description:

  • General haulage across UK usually imports
  • Driving Class 1 curtain sider truck
  • Generally 1 2 drops / collections per day
  • Making deliveries to customers across whole of UK
  • Stripping down of trailers
  • Daily vehicle checks reporting any issues
  • Customer facing role with each drop

Skills / Qualification:

  • Held Class 1 licence for 2+ years
  • CPC and Tacho card
  • No more than 6 points
  • No major endorsements
  • Good understanding of written and spoken English
