As a result of multiple contract wins and significant fleet growth, we are expanding our driving team and are now recruiting experienced Class 1 Tramper Drivers on a Monday to Friday shift pattern. About the Role As a Class 1 Tramper, you will: Be willing to stay away from home for four nights per week, with an additional £100 paid weekly for tramping. Complete a range of nationwide deliveries and collections using curtain-side trailers, transporting palletised goods across multiple contracts. Ensure all goods are loaded correctly and securely restrained to prevent movement or damage, using straps, nets, and other suitable securing equipment. Carry out comprehensive daily vehicle safety checks using a company-issued phone to maintain high standards of vehicle safety and reliability. Maintain regular communication with the transport team to provide progress updates and ensure customer expectations are consistently met.
