We are currently recruiting for 4 experienced Class 2 HIAB Driver (Remote Grab) to carry out temporary work for our clients in and around Birmingham, delivering building materials to a range of customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing deliveries safely, efficiently, and in line with planned routes and company procedures.

Previous experience operating a HIAB with a remote brick grab is essential.

Key Responsibilities

*

Carry out daily vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and DVSA compliance (AM/PM checks)

*

Deliver building materials safely using a HIAB remote brick grab

*

Ensure all loads are secured safely prior to transportation

*

Follow all Health & Safety procedures and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW)

*

Maintain a professional approach when dealing with customers and colleagues

*

Complete delivery paperwork accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements

*

Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence

*

HIAB certification with Remote Brick Grab (essential)

*

Valid Digital xbpsjku Tachograph Card

*

In-date Driver CPC

Skills & Experience

*

Proven experience operating a Class 2 HIAB with remote grab

*

Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

*

Strong attention to detail

*

Fluent English required
