Class 2 Hiab Driver

for insurance purposes At least 1 year Class 2 HIAB driving experience (references required) Have more than 90 days appropriate driving experience (Cat C) in the past 12 months Physically fit, as some jobs require lifting and shifting Excellent verbal and written Englishskills to interact with customers and team members Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards All-round Duties: Complete deliveries correctly and efficiently, in a professional and timely manner Secure load onto vehicle (strapping) Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, including checking fuel levels, tyre pressure, and fluid levels Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations Rates of pay: We are paying for minimum 8 hours a day Overtime is paid after 9 hours (breaks are not paid) PAYE between £20.00 and £23.00 per hour (rates differ for experience, nights, weekends, bank/public holidays and overtime)
