Class 2 Night Driver
for a
temp to perm opportunity
with a reputable client based in
Birstall . The role involves driving
refrigerated Class 2 vehicles , delivering
timed cage deliveries
to coffee chain stores across the
North East, York, and Leeds . This is a hands-on role requiring
handball
and the use of
handheld delivery devices . Key Responsibilities: Operating Class 2 refrigerated vehicles
Completing timed cage deliveries into store locations
Handball and unloading caged deliveries
Using handheld devices to manage deliveries
Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness
Adhering to all health and safety procedures
What You Need to Know: Start times:
Between 15:00 and 17:00
Shift pattern:
4 out of 7 on a 7-week repeating rota
Work type:
Night deliveries
Requirements: Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) licence held for
a minimum of 18 months
Recent Class 2 driving experience (within the last 612 months)
No more than
6 points
on licence for minor offences
Valid
Driver CPC
and
Digital Tachograph Card
