Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday

x1 Full-Time - 37.5 hours per week
x1 Part-Time - 20 hours per week

About the Role

We are currently recruiting reliable and detail‑focused Cleaners to join our team, supporting the upkeep of modern student accommodation in Coventry. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across shared living areas, kitchens, hallways, and general communal spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning kitchens, hallways, stairwells, common rooms, and shared facilities
Hoovering, mopping, dusting, and surface sanitisation
Emptying bins and replacing liners
Ensuring bathrooms and communal areas remain hygienic and presentable
Reporting maintenance or safety issues
Following health & safety and COSHH guidelines
Working independently and managing your time effectively

Requirements

Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Ability to follow cleaning schedules and site instructions
Comfortable working in student accommodation environments
