Working Hours: Monday Friday 0800 - 1630
Salary: £25,000
Contract: Permanent

Development Details:

This role is based at a large, residential development, located between North Greenwich and Chorlton. The development is currently 450 units and growing, as well as offering 24 hour concierge and secured parking. Transport wise, North Greenwich Station is 0.8 miles away, and offers great links into Canary Wharf and the City via both tube (Jubilee Line) and river bus (Thames Clipper).

youll have experience supervising employees ensuring their tasks are completed to a high standard
youll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others.
youll help to ensure the safety of all residents, guests, and staff at the development throughout your shifts by reporting any defect or health and safety concerns, helping to ensure the safety of everyone on the development.
having a strong understanding of Health and Safety Processes.
You have a great eye for detail and experience carrying out regular development inspections and cleaning.
your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors, ultimately being part of a strong unified working environment.
