Staffright are recruiting for our client based in Harlow, a well-established and growing global FMCG manufacturer, for an experienced and motivated Cleaning Plant Operative (Miller) to support high-speed production operations.
The Role- As a Cleaning Plant op, Youll operate and maintain milling and cleaning equipment, work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor cleaning and milling machinery Maintain product quality and production throughput Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on equipment Keep work area clean and follow hygiene standards Adhere to safety protocols and complete production/maintenance records
Requirements- Experience in milling or cleaning plant (FMCG preferred) Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of food safety and hygiene (HACCP desirable) Forklift or material handling experience (desirable) Familiarity with automated control systems (desirable)
