An experienced site-based professional is required to provide independent oversight and assurance across multiple construction and refurbishment projects. The role focuses on quality, safety, compliance and delivery assurance within live operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

Site Oversight & Project Support

Provide independent on-site oversight across multiple sites, acting as a visible and accessible presence for contractors, consultants and stakeholders. Monitor quality, programme, cost and compliance against agreed scope and approved documentation. Maintain a clear understanding of the full project scope and technical requirements. Support the Project Manager by identifying, managing and escalating risks, defects, delays and technical issues. Ensure decisions, changes and risks are accurately documented and reported.

Technical Assurance (Clerk of Works)

Verify works against approved drawings, specifications and relevant technical standards. Ensure compliance with scope and change-control processes. Monitor workmanship and materials, challenging and reporting non-conforming works. Confirm contractor delivery aligns with agreed plans and compliance expectations. Produce clear, evidence-based site and compliance reports.
