The OpportunityWe are hiring a Client Account Manager – PPC to take ownership of client relationships and communication across paid advertising accounts. This role is client-facing and operational, ensuring PPC performance, budgets, and expectations are clearly aligned between clients and our delivery team.
This is not a campaign execution role, but a strong understanding of PPC is required.
Key Responsibilities- Manage communication for a portfolio of PPC clients
- Lead regular performance calls and written updates
- Ensure client goals, budgets, and KPIs are clearly understood and documented
- Act as the link between clients and PPC specialists
- Review reports and translate PPC data into clear client insights
- Support ad spend tracking and PPC invoice-related communication
- Proactively manage risks, expectations, and retention
- Experience in a client-facing or account management role within a PPC or digital agency
- Strong understanding of Google Ads and paid search fundamentals
- Confident English communication skills
- Comfortable discussing spend, performance, and optimisation strategy
- Highly organised with strong ownership mindset
- Experience working with agency billing or ad invoices is a plus
- Fully remote, part-time role
