The Opportunity

We are hiring a Client Account Manager – PPC to take ownership of client relationships and communication across paid advertising accounts. This role is client-facing and operational, ensuring PPC performance, budgets, and expectations are clearly aligned between clients and our delivery team.

This is not a campaign execution role, but a strong understanding of PPC is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage communication for a portfolio of PPC clients
  • Lead regular performance calls and written updates
  • Ensure client goals, budgets, and KPIs are clearly understood and documented
  • Act as the link between clients and PPC specialists
  • Review reports and translate PPC data into clear client insights
  • Support ad spend tracking and PPC invoice-related communication
  • Proactively manage risks, expectations, and retention
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in a client-facing or account management role within a PPC or digital agency
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads and paid search fundamentals
  • Confident English communication skills
  • Comfortable discussing spend, performance, and optimisation strategy
  • Highly organised with strong ownership mindset
  • Experience working with agency billing or ad invoices is a plus
