Our dynamic and fast growing client is recruiting for a Client Insight Research Manager in Cranfield. This is an office based role. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We are looking for an experienced manager who has hands-on experience managing client insight programmes. Travel to meet with potential and existing clients. Provide client feedback services to professional firms. You will be responsible for the successful design implementation and delivery of client insight programmes and working with clients to ensure high standards of service delivery. You will be joining a client focused, quality obsessed, motivated and friendly team. We have ambitious growth plans, and this role would suit an individual who is able to quickly take responsibility for a range of client projects, who is looking to grow within their organisation and become a key pillar of their growth journey. The three priorities of this role are to: Deliver first class research services and excellent customer service Supporting revenue growth (Sales & Clients) Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external client contacts to deliver client projects Candidate Profile: Essential Skills and Experience We are interested in hearing from individuals who have the following skills and qualities: Demonstrate professional judgement to work effectively with the companys management team and at client organisations. Take accountability for decisions and outcomes, showing ownership and reliability in managing client feedback programmes. Have previous experience in B2B market research or insight roles, with strong commercial understanding of how research drives client value. Possess sound knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with 5+ years in a client-facing research or account-management position. Are able to interpret and analyse research confidently, delivering clear, actionable, commercially-focused insight and recommendations. Engage effectively with clients and prospective clients - building trust, advising them on best practice, and confidently communicating the value of our services. Exhibit strong communication and listening skills, ensuring clear, empathetic, and professional interactions with both clients and colleagues. Display excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, strong numeracy and written English, producing consistently high-quality work. Are capable of working independently, while also collaborating effectively within a management and project team environment. Show adaptability, a willingness to learn, and the ability to take on diverse assignments.
