Client ManagerRole OverviewWe are hiring a Client Manager to join a fast-growing marketing technology startup in London. This role sits within the Client Services team and is focused on supporting the delivery of high-quality work across a broad portfolio of global brand clients.This is a proactive client management role, not reactive customer support. The company works with some of the world's biggest consumer brands, providing data, insight, and AI-powered tools to help them measure and grow their presence across cutting-edge digital platforms.The team is collaborative by nature, and deeply passionate about the space they operate in.Team StructureYou will join an existing Client Services team structured across two pods, each led by a Client Director. You will support a broad portfolio of accounts, working alongside senior colleagues and building your capabilities with guidance and mentorship.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Client DeliveryAssist in the day-to-day delivery of projects across multiple client accountsContribute to the building of client-ready presentations and outputs under senior directionHelp translate platform data into clear summaries and supporting materialsMaintain attention to detail and quality across all account workSupport Client RelationshipsAssist with recurring client interactions and internal coordinationBegin building working relationships with client contacts at appropriate levelsSupport senior colleagues in preparing for and running client meetingsDevelop awareness of client needs and learn to flag relevant opportunitiesSupport Project ManagementHelp build and maintain project plans and timelinesCoordinate across internal teams to keep projects on trackFlag risks or blockers to senior team members in a timely mannerSupport the close-out of projects with clear summaries and documentationContribute to Team StandardsLearn and apply team templates, processes, and best practicesTake feedback actively and apply it to improve outputsSupport a positive, collaborative team environmentWhat We Are Looking ForEssentialSome experience in a client-facing, account support, or project coordination role, whether in an agency, SaaS, media, or marketing environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsGood organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyA proactive attitude and eagerness to learnComfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesAttention to detail and a genuine care for the quality of your workPreferredAgency background or exposure to multi-client environmentsAn interest in or passion for gaming, virtual worlds, or emerging digital cultureFamiliarity with data platforms, AI tools, or SaaS productsBasic understanding of marketing or brand strategyCompensation and BenefitsSalary: Circa £30,000-£35,000Bonus: Discretionary annual bonus, paid in two instalments at mid-year and year-endWork model: Hybrid, three days in office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)Additional benefits including extra paid leave, flexible core hours, remote working allowance, and regular team socialsJBRP1_UKTJ
