We are working with a highly regarded private investment and private equity firm in Leeds to appoint a Client Services Associate into a relationship-led, high-growth role.
This position sits at the centre of the firms client model and is designed for someone who enjoys building trust, meeting people and developing long-term professional relationships.
You do not need deep technical finance experience. You do need maturity, curiosity and the confidence to engage thoughtfully with founders, family business owners and high-net-worth individuals.
The Role
Act as a first point of contact for clients
Shape early conversations and identify opportunities
Build and maintain trusted relationships
Meet clients in person, often in informal settings
Represent the firm with warmth and discretion
Attend events and stay close to aligned communities
Recognise when to involve senior colleagues
The role is outward-facing and relationship-driven rather than desk-based.
About You
3+ years experience in a relationship-led role
Backgrounds that translate well include:
Professional services
Private client or wealth management
Boutique advisory or real estate
High-end hospitality
Family business environments
