We're looking for an experienced and service-driven Client Services Manager to lead a high-profile Front of House operation for a prestigious accountancy and business advisory firm. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of client services within a flagship workplace environment - including involvement in the launch of a brand-new, state-of-the-art building in Central London .
This role sits at the heart of the client experience, setting the standard for professionalism, warmth, and operational excellence across Reception, Call Services and Helpdesk.
About the Role
As Client Services Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation while continuously evolving the service to meet the needs of a dynamic corporate environment. You'll lead, coach and inspire your team, ensuring every interaction reflects best-in-class service.
Although this position initially covers maternity leave (starting 1 February 2025 ), it is offered on a permanent, full-time contract . Following the cover period, you'll be redeployed to another site within the Rapport portfolio (subject to T&Cs).
Working pattern:
40 hours per week
Monday to Friday, shift rota between 7:00am and 7:00pm
What You'll Be Responsible For
Leading a multi-disciplinary Front of House team to consistently deliver outstanding service
Owning onsite operations, ensuring performance aligns with agreed SLAs and KPIs
Building trusted relationships with the client and key stakeholders at all levels
Using data and insights to produce meaningful monthly and quarterly performance reports
Driving continuous improvement and innovation across client services
Developing, maintaining and embedding robust SOPs
Coaching, mentoring and supporting team members to reach their full potential
Remaining closely connected to the client's business priorities and expectations

You will ideally bring:
Proven leadership experience within front of house, hospitality, premium service, or corporate environments
Strong project management and organisational skills
A naturally proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to build strong rapport with clients, VIPs and internal teams
A genuine passion for service excellence and continuous improvement
