We're looking for a qualified ACCA/ACA Client Services Manager to join a thriving team of accounts based in Leeds. Youll manage a portfolio of key clients, review and prepare annual accounts, and lead a talented team
all while playing a big part in shaping internal workflow and team development.
What youll do: -Lead client relationships across a varied portfolio -Review and prepare accounts and tax returns -Mentor and manage team members -Oversee workflow, WIP, billing & KPIs -Drive business development and cross-service opportunities
About you: -ACCA/ACA qualified -Strong practice-based accounting experience -Confident managing teams and client relationships -Skilled in workflow and practice management -Proficient in IRIS, Xero, Sage (preferred)
