Client-Side Engineering Services Manager Property & Real Estate Organisation £70 – 75,000 Salary Canary Wharf Annual Bonus Healthcare Pension

Our client are a globally operating commercial Real Estate organisation, who work to deliver best-in-class facilities management and engineering solutions for their customers commercial and residential property portfolios. They currently seek an experienced engineering services or technical manager to join their property team, and based at a high profile multi tenant tower building in Canary Wharf. Working on a Monday-Friday basis, the role will provide engineering oversight and support to the property services team across electrical, mechanical and general HVAC systems, helping to liaise between tenants and stakeholders, as well as outsourced FM service provider, to ensure compliance and agreed SLAs / KPIs are adhered to. Guideline salary is circa £(phone number removed) and will also include a discretionary annual bonus, as well as healthcare, pension scheme, etc.

Candidates must be fully qualified in an engineering disciple (mechanical or electrical), with at least five years experience within an engineering/technical management role.
