Careermakers is recruiting for an experienced Clinical Deputy Managerto join a reputable nursing & care home in the heart of Sleaford. This medium bedded purpose-built home caters to residents with nursing, dementia & residential care needs. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the HomeManager to ensure the correct care is provided to residents & the right support is provided to staff.

Responsibilities as a Clinical Deputy Manager: Support the Home Manager in overseeing daily clinical operations and maintaining high standards of care. Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing and care staff to ensure excellent resident outcomes. Ensure compliance with CQC standards, health & safety regulations, and internal policies.

Requirements as a Clinical Deputy Manager: Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) Active NMC Pin Previous nursing home experience (Minimum 3 years)
