Deputy Manager (Clinical) Nursing Home We are currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager (Clinical) on behalf of our client, a well-established and reputable care provider. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Deputy Manager to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care within a nursing home setting. As Deputy Manager , you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the home operates in line with regulatory standards while maintaining a compassionate and safe environment for residents. The successful Deputy Manager will provide strong clinical leadership, supporting and developing the nursing and care teams to deliver outstanding care. Key Responsibilities: Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service
Act as Deputy Manager in overseeing clinical governance and compliance with CQC standards
Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing and care staff
Conduct clinical audits and ensure continuous quality improvement
Review, update, and implement person-centred care plans
Oversee safe medication management and accurate record keeping
Carry out pre-admission and ongoing resident assessments
