As well as providing older person care, you will also provide care for advanced/complex dementia.

Duties in this Deputy Manager role include:

Responsibility for monitoring standards of care delivered by qualified care staff Supporting the Manager in implementing all policies, procedures, and objectives Monitoring the well-being of each resident, being aware of any change impacting care and care plans, and ensuring that new needs are met Acting as a focal point for contact with residents, relatives and visitors, and health and social care professionals. Criteria to apply:

Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN Strong leadership skills Good knowledge / use of clinical care systems and governance Prior experience in a senior clinical position within a care home If you're interested or experienced in roles such as Clinical Lead, Senior Nurse or Lead Nurse, this opportunity could be perfect for you.
