An established and reputable care provider is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nurse looking to step into a leadership role and make a real difference within a high-quality care setting. The Role The Clinical Lead will work closely with nurses and carers to maintain the highest standards of clinical care and governance within the home. Reporting to the Home Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and person-centred care. You will be supported by an experienced management team and will contribute actively to clinical delivery while leading, mentoring, and developing the nursing team.
